Enzyme - A protein produced in a cell that is capable of greatly accelerating a chemical reaction.

Epidural catheter - Catheter inserved into the space surrounding the spinal cord; used after radical prostatectomy to instill medication to block pain

Epithelium - Cells which line body surfaces and cavities. These are the cells which produce secretions (such as PSA in the prostate) and are the cells from which (by definition) carcinomas are derived.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) - the inability for a man to achieve and maintain penile erection for satisfactory sexual activity.
